YONEMASU,K.K (“we”, “us”, or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy for NanToo (https://nandemo-tools.com; the “Service”).
The Service does not require an account, and it does not require you to submit your name, email address, or postal address. It nevertheless processes the limited information described below, including free-text inquiries, access and security data, cookies, and images sent through certain tools.
1. Information we may collect
- Inquiry information: message, optional subject, inquiry category, related tool, user agent, and hashed IP address. Unless necessary, do not enter names, contact details, or other identifying information in free-text fields.
- Access and security information: IP address, user agent, access time, referring URL, pages viewed, and request status. When our application stores an IP address in usage or feedback records, it generally stores a hash instead of the raw address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: cookies set by the Service or third parties such as Google Analytics and Google AdSense.
- Files sent through certain image tools: images and processing settings selected for server-optimized image compression, format conversion, or a similar expressly identified feature.
2. Processing of tool inputs
Many calculators and text utilities process input in your browser and do not send it to our server. Certain image tools expressly identified as using server optimization send an image to our server for processing. The image is processed in application memory, and our application does not persistently store the image file.
3. How we use information

- To review inquiries and use feedback to improve the Service.
- To analyze use of the Service and improve its features.
- To prevent misuse and protect security.
- To optimize advertising.
4. Google Analytics and Google AdSense
We may use Google Analytics and Google AdSense, provided by Google LLC. Google may process the page URL, IP address, device or browser information, and cookies or similar technologies. Whether advertising or analytics is used may vary with our configuration, Google’s configuration, the user’s region, and applicable law.
5. Disclosure and service providers
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where required or permitted by applicable law, including where necessary to protect life, health, or property. We may also engage hosting, analytics, advertising, and other service providers to process information as necessary for the purposes described above.
6. Retention and security
We seek to delete or anonymize information after it is no longer needed for the relevant purpose and take necessary and appropriate measures against leakage, loss, or damage. Our application hashes IP addresses with SHA-256 in its usage and inquiry records. Raw IP addresses may still be processed temporarily to handle requests, apply short-lived rate limits, and maintain network or infrastructure security logs.
7. Access, correction, restriction, and deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of your personal information. Please use the contact form and provide enough information to identify the relevant record. We may be unable to fulfill a request if we cannot reasonably identify a hashed or otherwise non-identifying record as belonging to the requester.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy when necessary. We will publish the revised text and update date on this page and clearly communicate material changes through the Service.
9. Additional notice for individuals in Malaysia
For purposes of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), including the amendments brought into force in 2025, the data controller is YONEMASU,K.K. The Malay version of this notice is available at /ms/privacy.
- Sources and required information: we receive information directly from what you submit, automatically from your browser or network request, and from our service providers where necessary. Contact-form fields marked as required must be completed to submit an inquiry; withholding them does not prevent ordinary use of the tools.
- International transfers: our direct processing occurs primarily in Japan. Google LLC and its affiliates or processors may process page URLs, IP addresses, device and browser information, cookies, and similar identifiers in the United States and other countries where they operate facilities. Transfers outside Malaysia are made only where necessary and where a condition permitted by applicable law is met, with reasonable steps to provide comparable protection.
