These Terms of Use govern NanToo (the “Service”), operated by YONEMASU,K.K (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Review and agree to these Terms before using the Service.
1. Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the Service.
2. Registration and agreement
No registration is required. By using the Service after having an opportunity to review these Terms, you agree to them.
3. Fees
The Service is free to use. Users remain responsible for internet access, devices, and other costs required to use it.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Violate laws, regulations, public order, or accepted standards of conduct.
- Engage in conduct connected with criminal activity.
- Interfere, or risk interfering, with operation of the Service.
- Place an excessive load on our servers or networks, including automated requests.
- Reverse engineer or analyze source code, except to the extent publicly available or such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Impersonate another person.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests.
- Engage in other conduct that we reasonably determine is inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.
5. Suspension of the Service
We may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice when maintenance or updates are required, a disaster, power failure, system, network, or security incident occurs, or another circumstance makes continued provision impracticable.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
Rights in text, images, logos, programs, and other content belong to us or their lawful owners. Subject to law and third-party rights, users may use tool outputs such as calculations, conversions, and generated text, including commercially. The Service does not grant rights in user inputs or third-party materials.

Tool outputs and explanatory content are reference information. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, currency, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. 8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This limitation does not apply to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to the extent that a mandatory law, including applicable consumer-protection law, does not permit an exclusion or limitation.
9. Changes to the Service
Subject to applicable law, we may change, add to, suspend, or discontinue the Service. We will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable if a change materially affects users.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Shizuoka District Court, Japan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the Service. This does not limit any forum available under mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional law.
12. Language
The Japanese version of these Terms is the original. If a translation differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
